Threat Assessment and Management in Healthcare (New Speaker Series Recording)

In the Threat Assessment and Management in Healthcare speaker series recording, Mike Hodges (MA, CHPA, CPP), Vice President of Public Safety for Piedmont Healthcare, describes how the threat assessment and management model complements a healthcare workplace violence program. Cybersecurity Topic Collection (Updated)

The recently updated Cybersecurity Topic Collection includes resources that can help healthcare stakeholders better protect against, mitigate, respond to, and recover from cyberattacks to ensure patient safety and operational continuity. 

Radiology Downtime Procedures (New TA Response) 

The Radiology Downtime Procedures TA response includes downtime resources that can help hospitals continue to provide radiology services during a cyberattack. Links to additional resources that provide strategies for managing constraints on staff and resources and using telehealth during an attack and/or patient surge are also included.

Viral Hemorrhagic Fever Preparedness Resources (New TA Response) 

The Viral Hemorrhagic Fever (VHF) Preparedness Resources TA Response provides links to related resources for suspect VHF patients presenting to a hospital emergency department. It includes training resources on donning and doffing personal protective equipment and guidance on supplies to include in a hospital go kit.

Hospital Water Storage Tanks (Updated TA Response) 

The Hospital Water Storage Tanks TA response includes information on who constructs water storage tanks, the various sizes available, and the types of tanks being used by healthcare facilities. Several ASPR TRACIE Subject Matter Expert Cadre members contributed to this TA response.
